Our delivery service covers mainland U.K only

Our Premier 2 Man Delivery Team will place your furniture exactly where you want it, remove all the packaging and check everything is absolutely perfect for you. All items

Each delivery is chargeable dependent on the location of your delivery address and will be calculated accordingly at the checkout.

We regret that we cannot schedule deliveries for a specific time of day nor will we under any circumstances assemble any Products that are supplied on a self-assembly basis. Special arrangements with assembly, movement or fitting of Products will be subject to a special charge. Details of this service will be provided upon request at the point of order.

Who will be delivering your furniture

Orders within 25 Miles

All orders within 25 miles will be delivered by our own Sinclair’s expert delivery team and we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date suitable. Please note that we are unable to provide specific delivery times but can inform you whether it will be an Am or Pm delivery, on request we can also request that the delivery team contact you 1 hour before delivery.

Deliveries times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. We are unable to make deliveries on a weekend or bank holiday.

Orders over 25 Miles

Orders for delivery over 25miles which we are unable to make ourselves will be made by a Direct Home delivery team also offering a premium white glove service. The Direct Home delivery team will contact you directly to book in a delivery time. Please note that they are also unable to provide specific delivery times but can inform you whether it will be an Am or Pm delivery and upon request the delivery team can contact you 1 hour before delivery. If for any reason you cannot accept delivery on the delivery date given, your order will go back into planning and you will be contacted again when a route has been planned.

We aim to deliver your Products within the time quoted on our Order Confirmation. If however, delivery is delayed due to delivery being rejected, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

Deliveries times for deliveries over 25 miles are also made Monday to Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on a Saturday or bank holiday.

Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure clear and sufficient access to the room to which you would like your new furniture positioning.

As part of the checkout process you will be requested to confirm that you have checked access thoroughly.

In the event of us not being able to gain access to the required location, we reserve the right to levy a charge in respect of such abortive delivery and the costs of any subsequent redelivery of the Product. Where the Product is a special order item and access is not possible then we reserve the right to levy a charge in respect of the costs of restocking the item.

We are unable to store goods awaiting delivery to a customer for periods in excess of 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date. Any goods stored at your request after this period must be paid for in full and will be subject to a storage charge of £15 per week.
